Latest ARM Build for Perforce

Perforce (also known as Helix) is a version control system akin to Git, SVN, Mercurial, Plastic but like the competition it does things its own way.

Perforce was the first VCS i was exposed to in the professional world so it holds a special place in my heart. I wanted to use my Raspberry pi as a Perforce server because it is light on energy, I can leave it on 24/7 and not worry about it.

So recently i had to wipe my pi and when setting everything back up it seems that Perforce has been discontinued for ARM cpus. I couldn’t for the life of me find a binary anywhere even on the web archive.

I reached out to Perforce themselves and within 30 minutes they sent me the last built version of perforce on ARM. Stellar support and thanks to them for providing it. So if you are like me, you like perforce and want to run on ARM you can find the binaries below.

Perforce themselves no longer support the ARM platform and the downloads are simply provided as a convenience. I am not liable for damages or any loss of data nor is there any warranty provided expressed or otherwise.
